Terms and Conditions Full payment for 1 night bookings is required at the time of booking. A deposit is required for multiple night bookings equal to the value of the first night of the booking. Confirmation of booking will be sent usually within 1 day of the booking being taken. The balance is payable 7 days before arrival date. Payment is accepted either by online bank transfer or cheque. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date, no refund will be made. For cancellations made outside of 7 days of arrival date, your first nights money will be lost. To make a cancellation, please call us on +44 (0)1202 291786, and then confirm the cancellation in writing or by email. No refund will be given for curtailment of stay. Children from 5 to 14 years may stay in your room for an additional charge of £15. Sorry but we do not have the facilities to cater for under 5's. We reserve the right to amend the tariff at any time. Check-in between 4pm and 7pm on the day of arrival (earlier or later can be accommodated by prior arrangement).We would appreciate a call to indicate your arrival time if arriving after 7pm. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. There is free car parking. Vehicles parked on the forecourt are left at the owner’s own risk. The proprietors do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles, or their contents, whilst parked on the forecourt. We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance when making a booking. We cannot be responsible for valuables or personal effects or the loss or damage to personal belongings. We expect you to be responsible and take care of our property and we reserve the right to make a charge for loss or damage to our house (including loss of keys) during your stay. We reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
